As a former college and pro athlete, I have learned that nothing great is ever achieved in your comfort zone. And although it may be tough at times, I’ve learned that when we push past that discomfort…we are stronger than we think. I am used to being pushed to the limit of what I thought was possible for myself through former coaches & I hope to do the same for my athletes now at Rev’d. My sessions are designed to be challenging & athletic, while still meeting you where you are. My goal is that each time you train with me, you channel your inner athlete inside you & walk out feeling accomplished, knowing you are capable of more than you thought when you first stepped in the studio.
