We are all a work in progress. I never want you to leave judging yourself that you could have pushed harder, you have already accomplished the hardest part, showing up and clipping in. When you train with me you can expect zero judgments, a whole lot of sweat, and most importantly a GOOD TIME. In my sessions expect heavy beat drops, 90’s hip hop, and a ton of sassy tap backs over the saddle!
