I believe working out should be something you look forward to. In every session, I hope to create a space where you feel inspired to push yourself. My favorite part of teaching has been getting to know the people that walk through our doors. Teaching has given me a purpose, and has helped me define my “why” in a lot of ways. Think of your WHY – what brought you here today? It’s in these moments, when you’re truly able to define your “why,” that you can surprise yourself and become even stronger.
