I believe that nothing worth having comes easy, the same goes for workouts. I want my athletes to come in determined and leave feeling inspired. Life is all about balance and I want you to connect with the music, let the outside world melt away and allow yourself to focus on yourself, the bike, and being present. My goal is to remind riders that you can’t control what’s going on around you, but you can control how you respond to it. I hope to motivate you to put your best self forward. Rev’d has pushed me out of my comfort zone and beyond any limit I thought was possible, I owe it to my athletes to feel the same!
