Everyone’s fitness journey is different. Everyone has their own reason for stepping into that black light-lit room with the beat blaring. But as soon as we clip in just know, it’s go time. To me, the music, movement, choreography, sprints, and pushes are all a form of expression. The purpose is to let loose and allow your body to move and physically push it to places you never imagined possible. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life and I want to share that fire and passion with my riders.
