Every day we are pulled in a million different directions, but for 45 minutes, class is time for you – time to direct your energy towards your wellness, your greatness. My objective is to create an environment that electrifies you and draws your strength and determination out in each song. Whatever your journey to greatness looks like, you need time for you. With a focus on challenging pushes, varied choreography, songs that motivate you and resistance you didn’t think you were capable of, you will leave class feeling stronger, empowered and reminded how good it feels to work hard – and what you are capable of.
