I am a self-proclaimed health and wellness enthusiast girly. Being an athlete and member of various sports teams has been a part of my life since I was young. After finishing my collegiate lacrosse career I found spin, a new sport that fueled my passion for health and wellness. As a trainer, I strive to create a space where individuals of various backgrounds and fitness levels can come together to move their bodies in a healthy, mindful, and uplifting way. In my sessions, I challenge athletes to push past their limits and welcome discomfort. Mistakes and challenges will come up its all about how respond and the grace we give ourselves for trying.
