Yes! While we encourage our community to bring your own pair of shoes when possible, we do offer shoe rentals for $3.
Shoe rentals must be pre-ordered through the Rev’d App or website, by adding an “add-on” to your reservation. If you are unable to pre-order, the front desk can help you rent a pair when you arrive.
Plan to arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before the session starts to ensure you are checked in and ready to put in the work.
If you know you are going to be running 1-5 minutes late to your session, please call the studio to let the team know.
No entries into the training room will be allowed after the 5-minute mark of the start of the session.
Our signature ride—The Rev’d Ride—a 45-minute, athletically-challenging, body-changing cycling workout.
We also offer 30 minute sessions [Rev’d Ride 30], 60 minute sessions [Rev’d Ride 60], 90 minute sessions [Rev’d Ride 90], theme sessions and battle sessions [two trainers].
We suggest wearing comfortable medium to high-impact workout clothing.
A towel, water, and a readiness to work hard!
Yes, we do require you to clip into the pedals of our bikes. We offer shoes to rent for $3. If you have your own shoes, you can ask a Rev’d team member to make sure your clips are compatible. Our bike pedals are compatible with two types of clips. Delta Look clips are the red, triangular clips we use on our shoes in-studio. SPD clips are also compatible.
We don’t have an age requirement, but we do have a height requirement! All athletes must be at least 4’11” in order to properly be fitted for our bikes. All athletes under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or legal guardian sign a liability waiver prior to their first session.
Absolutely! Our sessions are designed for all fitness levels and we encourage you to listen to your body. You have the power to make every training session your own. The best thing about cycling is that it’s for everyone!
Bootcamp is a 55-minute high-intensity group training program designed to develop strength, speed, power, balance, and agility.
We suggest clothing that it keeps you comfortable bending, running, jumping, and sweating in. Added to that, we recommend cross-trainer-like footwear that is lightweight and agile that will also absorb impact during fast lateral movements.
A towel, water, and a readiness to work hard!
We don’t have a minimum age requirement, but all athletes under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or legal guardian sign a liability waiver prior to their first session.
Absolutely! We believe that your condition, your age, your goals, your strength, and your fitness level do not define your athleticism. This program is scalable and gives you the opportunity to grow and get stronger session after session.

In order to provide all of our athletes with the best possible experience, we ask that members of our team please observe the following studio etiquette policies before and during every session:
BOOK YOUR SPOT IN ADVANCE
Both our website and app are designed to help you find all of our studio session times and locations to fit your training needs.
KNOW WHERE YOU’RE HEADING
Our studio locations are all listed on our website and your spot confirmation email has our address there for you to reference. If you are unsure of where the studio doors are, give us a call at least a few hours before your session so we can help you find the way.
SHOW UP ON TIME
Plan to arrive at the studio 5-15 minutes before the session starts to ensure you are checked in and ready to put in the work. No entries into the training room will be allowed after the 5-minute mark of the start of the session.
UNPLUG FROM DISTRACTIONS
Please, NO cell phones inside the training rooms. This is your time to unplug, focus on you, and block out the outside world. A lit phone screen in a dark room is a major vibe killer and can take away from your experience as well as that of your teammates.
This goes for wearables too, please set your electronic watch (Apple, Fitbit, etc.) to theater mode.
WE ARE A TEAM
We’re in the pursuit of greatness together. If you have a question about the session, how to set up your bike, where the bathrooms are, or anything at all, ask a teammate!
COMMIT
Any change to any reservation must be made 6 hours prior to the start of the session. Any cancelations within 6 hours of the start of a session will result in a forfeit of the credit used to reserve or a late cancelation fee.
If you do not cancel prior to the session start and do not show up, you will be charged a no-show fee.
Do not fear the waitlist!
At the start time of every session, we release all open spots to waitlisted athletes. We understand that things happen, so we do hold bikes for 5 minutes after the start of the session for athletes who call the studio to let us know they will be there by the 5-minute mark. Once a session reaches the 5-minute mark, any open spots are released to athletes on the waitlist and no one else is permitted into room.
While on the waitlist, any changes to your reservation can be made without penalty at any time.
Once you’ve been added to the roster, you’re required to observe our 6-hour Cancellation Policy, outlined in detail below. If you’re unable to attend the session after being added from the waitlist and do not give at least 6-hours notice of cancellation, you will not be credited or refunded for that session.
We recommend being present in the studio if you are still on the waitlist 30 minutes or less before the session. Many people bow out at the last second; be the one to show up and reap the benefits. If a spot does not become available by the start of the session and you do not make it off the waitlist, the credit will be returned to your account.
If you have any questions about our waitlist policy or your current waitlist status, please give us a call.
If you cancel 6 hours before the start time of the session, there is no penalty, and single credits will be credited back to your account for use at a later date.
If you cancel less than 6 hours before the start of the session, you will lose your credit.
If you do not cancel and do not let us know that you are unable to make it, you will lose the credit and will also be charged a $5 No-Show Fee.
If you cancel less than 6 hours before the start of the session, you will be charged $15.
If you do not cancel and do not let us know that you are unable to make it, you will be charged the $15 late cancelation fee and will also be charged a $5 No-Show Fee.
