Our outdoor rides in Burlington, MA differ from average cycling classes with an emphasis on technique and motivating movements in a rhythm-based experience. Our outdoor rides include 15+ bikes and state of the art sound, taking you outside of the typical studio setting, in a clean and socially distant environment full of fresh air. Our Front Desk Team Members are responsible for the overall operation of the outdoor studio during class times. They are an essential part of the guest experience and are expected to provide exceptional service while building connections through shift operations. The list of position responsibilities as outlined below is not a comprehensive list. Other duties may be assigned as needed, within the reasonable scope of the position.
Part-time Rev’d employees must have availability for at least 3.5 hours/day for 2 set days, week-over-week, totaling no more than 28 hours each week. Employees will be expected to work the same set weekly shifts whenever possible. Additionally, all employees are expected to be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holiday shifts.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Provide top-of-the-line hospitality and customer service to all riders
-Set up and break down front desk before and after classes
-Set up and break down bikes before and after classes
-Clean, sanitize, and reset bikes in-between classes
-Execute necessary sales processes during check-ins
-Maintain knowledge of current studio operations, protocols, and products
-Promote brand standards and initiatives
-Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
-Work collaboratively with all staff members to ensure efficiency
-Must have customer service experience
-Must provide genuine hospitality and have a passion for working with others
-Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
-Must have a positive, can-do attitude
-Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, reach, and lift for periods of time
-Must have friendly and professional etiquette
-Must be detail-oriented and have superior organizational skills
-Must wear black leggings or shorts, sneakers, and a mask at all times
-Must have the flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including some holiday, early-morning and weekend availability
This position starts at $12.75/hour with a cap of 28 hours/week
