Being involved in health and fitness for almost 5 years, my world revolves around humans and connection. I curate my sessions to be a safe space to try new things, shake shit up and push through limits. My training style is gritty, loud, and supportive. I aspire to be your biggest fan and motivator in that room and I believe that movement fuels connection. My goal is for everyone to inspire and empower each other as a team.
