Booking a Session Credits + Memberships Arriving to the Studio Training Other
You can easily book any session using our free app for iOS and Android or by logging into our website. Once you create an account, you’re able to sign up for a session at any of our studios.
Each location offers a variety of options including Unlimited Monthly Memberships, drop-in credits, and credit packs to fit your training needs.
Our booking window opens every Sunday at 5PM for the next week’s sessions (Tuesday – Monday).
For Unlimited Members with access to advanced booking, booking opens every week on Sunday at 5PM for up to 2 weeks of sessions.
Yes! Single credits can be purchased and used to book for a guest. If a credit or membership pack lists “Yes” under Guest allowance, that credit can be used to reserve for a guest. If it is your guests’ first time at Rev’d, we recommend they create a new account and take advantage of any first-time athlete offerings.
Join our waitlist! While on the waitlist, any changes to your reservation can be made without penalty at any time.
We recommend being present in the studio if you are still on the waitlist 30 minutes or less before the session. Many people bow out at the last second; be the one to show up and reap the benefits.
Once you’ve been added to the roster from the waitlist, you’re required to observe your studio’s Cancellation Policy. If a spot does not become available by the start of the session and you do not make it off the waitlist, the credit will be returned to your account.
If you have any questions about our waitlist policy or your current waitlist status, please send your studio an email.
As soon as you make it into the session, an email is sent to you. Check your junk mail! Once you’ve been added to the roster from the waitlist, you’re required to observe your studio’s Cancellation Policy.
You can now be notified if you made it into session by enabling text notifications on the Rev’d app. IMPORTANT: Make sure you have the most updated version of the app.
Different policies are depending on the studio location. Please check your studios location page for more information.
The late cancellation window is 12 hours. If you cancel 12 hours before the start time of the session, there is no penalty, and single credits will be credited back to your account for use at a later date.
The late cancellation window is 6 hours. If you cancel 6 hours before the start time of the session, there is no penalty, and single credits will be credited back to your account for use at a later date. For Black Star Membership holders, the late cancellation window is 12 hours instead of the standard 6 hours.
If you cancel your reservation before late cancellation window, there is no penalty.
If you cancel after the late cancellation window, you’ll be charged a $15 fee, with single credit holders getting their credit returned. If you don’t cancel and don’t show up, a $15 late cancellation fee and a $5 No-Show Fee will apply. We know life happens, but committing to your sessions is a crucial part of reaching your goals—and every session counts.
Special packages or memberships may be available for your studio, but vary seasonally and from region to region. For more information, please email your home studio.
Our credit packages and memberships are region-specific. That means that if you buy a credit package or membership at Tempe in AZ, you can only reserve sessions at the Tempe studio.
If you have a MA Credit Package or Membership, session credits can be used to make reservations within the Massachusetts region.
Make sure to read the small print or ask the studio when buying a package or membership for clarification.
To cancel a membership for any reason, you must email or call the studio 30 days prior to your next billing cycle to avoid getting charged an additional month.
If your employer offers a flexible spending account (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA), your Rev’d membership may be eligible for reimbursement via those pre-tax funds.
Both FSA and HSA plans cover “qualifying healthcare expenses”, including eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses for yourself, your spouse, and eligible dependents. Many policies allow you to use those pre-tax funds to purchase fitness services under certain circumstances.
If you exercise to prevent or treat a (long list of) medical conditions (like depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, insomnia, obesity, infertility, diabetes, heart disease and more), you may be able to use your pre-tax HSA/FSA funds for Rev’d.
To do so, you’ll need a Letter of Medical Necessity from a licensed provider to confirm that your expense qualifies as a medical expense. There are a few ways to determine if you are eligible and receive that letter if so:
1. Talk with your doctor. If you qualify, your doctor will need to provide you with a Letter of Medical Necessity. To simplify the process for you, we created a template that you can have your doctor fill out on your behalf.
Once you receive this letter, you can submit for reimbursement for subsequent membership charges via your HSA/FSA administrator. If you are unsure who your HSA/FSA administrator is, consult your employer’s HR department. Most HSA/FSA online platforms will have a dedicated section for reimbursements or claims. Navigate to this section, submit your claim, and await confirmation. Once confirmed, you can repeat this process each billing cycle moving forward. A letter of medical necessity is valid for one year from the date of signature.
2. Use an online service. There are services like Dr. B or TrueMed that streamline the process for users to make it as seamless as possible for a one-time fee of $15-$30. These services partner with a network of medical practitioners who can issue Letters of Medical Necessity to eligible candidates and facilitate consultations online. Please click either of the above links to find the service best for you.
We hope this helps! Feel free to reach out to your home studio with any questions.
Especially if it is your first time training, plan to arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before the session starts to ensure you are checked in and ready to put in the work.
Please note, once the session begins, no late entries are allowed.
When you arrive at the studio, check in with the front desk. The front desk team will help you check in for the session. If this is your first time training with us, the team can give you a tour of the studio, and help set up your bike with you.
For safety and a more supportive ride, all athletes must wear cycling shoes. Our bikes are fitted with both SPD and Delta pedals. If you don’t have cycling shoes, you can rent a pair for $3 and pick them up at check-in.
Our signature ride—The Rev’d Ride is a 45-minute, athletically-challenging, body-changing cycling workout.
We also offer 30 minute sessions [Rev’d Ride 30], 60 minute sessions [Rev’d Ride 60], 90 minute sessions [Rev’d Ride 90], theme sessions and battle sessions [two trainers].
We suggest wearing comfortable medium to high-impact workout clothing.
A towel, water, and a readiness to work hard!

We don’t have a minimum age requirement, but all athletes under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or legal guardian sign a liability waiver prior to their first session.
Absolutely! We believe that your condition, your age, your goals, your strength, and your fitness level do not define your athleticism. Our sessions are designed for all fitness levels and we encourage you to listen to your body. You have the power to make every training session your own. The best thing about cycling is that it’s for everyone!
Yes! Email us at info@revdindoorcycling.com to learn more about private events or group bookings.
In order to provide all of our athletes with the best possible experience, we ask that members of our team please observe the following studio etiquette policies before and during every session:
BOOK YOUR SPOT IN ADVANCE
Both our website and app are designed to help you find all of our studio session times and locations to fit your training needs. Booking your spot in advance guarantees you a spot in the session.
KNOW WHERE YOU’RE HEADING
Our studio locations are all listed on our website and your spot confirmation email has our address there for you to reference. If you are unsure of where the studio doors are, give us a call at least a few hours before your session so we can help you find the way.
SHOW UP ON TIME
Plan to arrive at the studio 5-15 minutes before the session starts to ensure you are checked in and ready to put in the work. No entries into the training room will be allowed after the start of the session.
UNPLUG FROM DISTRACTIONS
NO cell phones are allowed inside the training rooms. This is your time to unplug, focus on you, and block out the outside world. A lit phone screen in a dark room is a major vibe killer and can take away from your experience as well as that of your teammates.
This goes for wearables too, please set your electronic watch (Apple, Fitbit, etc.) to theater mode.
WE ARE A TEAM
We’re in the pursuit of greatness together. If you have a question about the session, how to set up your bike, where the bathrooms are, or anything at all, ask a teammate!
COMMIT
Any change to any reservation must be made 6-12 hours prior to the start of the session. Any cancelations within 6-12 hours of the start of a session will result in a forfeit of the credit used to reserve or a late cancelation fee.
If you do not cancel prior to the session start and do not show up, you will be charged a no-show fee.
