Studio Information

NOTE: THE COPLEY STUDIO IS EQUIPT WITH A LARGE VIDEO WALL FOR USE DURING CERTAIN SESSIONS. THESE SESSIONS FEATURE FLASHING LIGHTS, STROBING EFFECTS, AND/OR IMAGERY THAT MAY AFFECT PHOTOSENSITIVE ATHLETES. PLEASE REVIEW THE SESSIONS DESCRIPTIONS PRIOR TO RESERVING TO NOTE IF THE VIDEO WALL WILL BE IN USE.

LOCATION + PARKING

The studio is located inside the Copley studio (100 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA) on the first floor of Copley Place, next to Caffe Nero. The best way to locate the studio is through the Dartmouth Street entrance to Copley Place, across from Back Bay Station. From there, once you’ve reached the top of the escalators, turn left towards Caffe Nero and the studio is directly behind it. There are many parking garages In the area. Our Trainers recommend SpotHero and ParkWhiz to reserve parking in advance.

Amenities

There are lockers and changing rooms inside the main studio area. Beneath the studio, you can find showers and additional lockers available via elevator access. The front desk can provide directions to the locker rooms at check-in.

Check-in

The studio opens 15 minutes prior to the session for check-in. Studio doors lock at the start of the session and no late entry is permitted.

WAITLIST POLICY

At the start time of every session, any open spots are released to athletes on the waitlist and no one else is permitted into room once the session has begun.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The late cancellation window is 6 hours. If you cancel 6 hours before the start time of the session, there is no penalty, and single credits will be credited back to your account for use at a later date. For Black Star Membership holders, the late cancellation window is 12 hours instead of the standard 6 hours.

If you cancel your reservation before late cancellation window, there is no penalty.

If you cancel after the late cancellation window, you’ll be charged a $15 fee, with single credit holders getting their credit returned. If you don’t cancel and don’t show up, a $15 late cancellation fee and a $5 No-Show Fee will apply. We know life happens, but committing to your sessions is a crucial part of reaching your goals—and every session counts.
