While the impact of COVID-19 has been significant, two things have kept us pushing forward: keeping our community moving, and developing a plan to reopen our studios—in the safest way possible. We’ve always been dedicated to the cleanliness of our studios and the health and safety of our community.

This year has required us to rise to the occasion—pivoting and creating. This means reduced class sizes, modified schedules, social distancing measures, heightened cleaning procedures, all in an effort to keep our community connected–from a safe distance.

For those who continue to come to visit us in person, please know we are doing everything to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Using the tabs on this page you can find additional measures that we are putting in place.

We are paying close attention to the CDC and local government updates and will continue staying informed and proactive in fine-tuning our new safety measures. You can always check back here to find our latest updates.

CLASS CAPACITY

We are limiting all class capacity to create more space between participants in class.

CLASS LAYOUT

We are instituting social distancing with a spaced out and staggered layout in ALL locations in order to create more physical space between each participant per state and official guidelines. Please support and respect the intention behind the distanced layout and refrain from moving any bike or station at the start of class.

CLASS SCHEDULE

We are also strategically reducing the overall number of classes on the schedule respecting both the needs and wellbeing of our clients and staff.

CLASS STRUCTURE

We have removed all hand weights as well as the arm song from our class programming during this time.

DISINFECTING EQUIPMENT

Before and after all bikes, equipment, shoes, and all high-touch surfaces will be thoroughly sanitized using a disinfectant proven to kill infectious viruses like COVID-19.

SHOE RENTALS

Shoes will be rotated so that they do not have to be worn two classes in a row. After each wear, staff will disinfect shoes using a top-grade disinfectant.

STAFF PROTECTION

Staff will be required to wear face masks and gloves during their shift. After deep cleaning, they’ll wash their hands before refreshing gloves and masks as needed.

STUDIO ACCESS

At our pop-up locations bathroom, showers, and lockers, will be unavailable. In Providence, lockers and showers remain unavailable.

BOOKING + RESERVING

Every rider and athlete must book their spot in class in advance. We are not accepting walk-ins to ensure proper class capacity.

CHECK-IN

Riders and athletes are able to check-in from the app upon arriving at the studio. If you do not have the app, our staff is happy to check you in, from a distance.

TEMPERATURE CHECKS

At all of our indoor locations, you must have your temperature checked by our desk staff prior to riding.

SANITIZATION

Disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer will be available to riders and athletes to wipe your own bikes/equipment if you feel more comfortable doing so.

MASKS

Please wear a face mask/covering upon arrival. If preferred, your face mask/covering can be removed during the actual class once instructed by the instructor or coach. Our staff will also ask you to put it back on upon the completion of class and before moving from your designated station.

BIKE SET-UP

Staff is available, wearing their mask and gloves, to assist you in getting set up. We ask that you keep your mask on while they are getting you started.

THE EXPERIENCE

Our instructors will be teaching the entire class from either on the bike or on the podium. While we love encouraging you from the floor, we want to respect your space for the entire ride.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Please maintain at least 6 feet of social distancing at all times. We ask everyone, staff included, to avoid hugs or direct contact, and maintain appropriate social distancing. Yes, even when taking photos or videos with other riders and our staff.

AFTER CLASS

For staff to efficiently and properly clean bikes and equipment between classes, we are asking riders and athletes to leave promptly after class. We want nothing more than to connect with you after class, but let’s do it virtually. Tag us on social!

We take the health and wellness of our clients and staff seriously and will continue to support our entire community. The way our new safety process will be most effective is if we all make sure to do our part in it.

Aside from respecting the safety guidelines put in place by our governments, we ask that all riders and athletes practice social distancing and excellent hand hygiene.

If you have a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to the studio until you’re symptom-free and fever-free for three days.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come to the studio for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative for COVID-19.

If you feel unwell or have any concerns about coming in to ride, please stay home and stay safe. We are gracing penalties for riders who have to cancel because of cold or flu symptoms. No doctor’s note needed, no questions asked.

We’re constantly evaluating where it’s safe to consider reopening our studios. All of our current offerings follow our fitness and safety guidelines to ensure comfort and safety. As soon as we feel confident and responsible in doing so—with the guidance of our local and federal governments—we’ll notify riders and add openings here.

In the meantime, if you have a class series in your account, we’re extending its expiration date so you can use it when your studio reopens. If you would like to convert old credits into an account balance for use today, please fill out this form.
