When you come into my session I ask you two things: why did you show up today and are you ready to leave it all out there? Together we set the tone for having fun while showing we can achieve hard things. I want you to have the courage to push yourself past your comfort zone… push past your limits. We’re here to challenge ourselves during each one of those 45 minutes. We cannot become what we want by remaining what we were. That’s the mindset. Showing up is the first step, clipping in is second, and pushing to that finish line is third. But when you get across that finish line you’re reminded how unstoppable you really are. Once step closer to your maximum potential. Were going to get you there together.
