Movement in my class is more than physical. It doesn’t matter what it looks like, but what does it feel like? I am here to make you feel strong and supported as we tackle the challenges ahead. I encourage all of my athletes to step into the room and shake off their day, week, month, or even year. If you leave feeling better than when you walked in, I’ve done my job. It’s never easy, but it’s always worth it. Make the choice to show up for yourself, and then let’s move together and embrace the power of our team.
