The goal is progress, not perfection. Remember that. When you clip into that bike for those 45 minutes I want you to dig deep and take yourself one step closer to unlocking your true potential. Those 45 minutes are an opportunity and you have to be willing to take it. Take the opportunity to be open to changes, to be open to challenges, and try new things, and I can promise you that you’ll start to see the growth that you’ve been chasing. When you step into my session you can expect a high energy playlist and lots of encouragement as you push through the uphills and fly through the downhills. You’ll leave feeling accomplished, sweaty, and with a big smile on your face while acknowledging the progress you’ve made. Let’s do this!
